Ladies, Have you felt a void in your spiritual life? Would you like to learn more about the Bible with a group of like-minded women? The St. Raphael’s Women’s Bible Study will begin its 2011-2012 Study of Hebrew and James on Wed., Sept.7 from 9:30-11:30 AM in the Church Library with regular weekly meetings thereafter. Previous Bible Study experience is helpful. Interest and motivation is strongly recommended; one to two hours of homework is required per week to deepen knowledge and appreciation of the Study. A Holy Hour with Exposition and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is held on the 1st Saturday of each month following the 9am Mass. Due to our Jesuit Speakers Forum in November, December, March, and April we have moved the date of the Holy Hour for these months to the second Saturday. GET IGNITED! NEW IGNATIAN PRAYER GROUP FOR ALL PARISHIONERS— Come discover what God has always planned for your life! A new Ignatian prayer group for men has formed at St. Raphael, offering the opportunity to practice Ignatian prayer and spirituality with a focus on God’s plan for our lives. It’s also a great way to rediscover community and rekindle your relationship with God. The group meets every Thursday for about an hour, starting at 7PM in Room 112 in the Parish Center.
