The group members utilize a daily reflection, lectionary- based "Vision" series book by Mark Link, SJ. Members prays individually daily (spend ten minutes a day on the daily meditation exercise) and meet with the group weekly for support on the spiritual fitness journey. The method is based in the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola; that is putting yourself into the reading and finding its connection to your life. The current groups meet every Wednesday night at 6:45 pm and Thursday night at 7:00 pm. Meetings last about one hour and there is a small book fee. New members are welcome any time. New groups can be formed if there is enough interest in other meeting times. Call or email Alicia for more information. |
