The Pastoral Council assists our pastor in ministering to the people of the parish. The Council serves mainly as a planning and advisory group. It meets on the second Monday of the month, except for July and December. Various Pastoral Council committees are involved with specific areas of parish life, such as developing the parish plan; parish facilities policies; parish celebrations and spiritual enrichment; Council elections; etc. The Pastoral Council works closely with the parish staff, Finance Council, Stewardship Committee, Early Childhood Center, and St. Raphael School. 2010 Encuestra de la Parroquia Constitution / By-Laws revised 2010 Standing Rules Parish Planning Guide |  Parish Leadership Conference Sat Jan 7, 2012 9am-2pm As we begin the new year, all staff and ministry leaders are invited to attend a half-day conference designed to energize and enhance ministry participation and planning. The Long Range Planning Committee of the Pastoral Council is hosting this Parish Leadership Conference. It will begin with Mass at 9am and continue in Raphael Hall at 9:45am. Lunch will be provided. The conference will explore how better to utilize our parishioners’ unique and diverse gifts, identify opportunities for collaboration between ministries, review the parish’s four strategic initiatives, and discuss ways to achieve the parish’s long range vision.
