Room Reservations

You can reserve a room at St. Raphael the Archangel!

1. Choose a room. View meeting spaces.

2. Check the Church Calendar for available rooms and dates.

4. Fill out, print, and sign the Rules for Room Use and Facility Lease Agreement.

5. If you are a parish sponsored group, fill out the Parish Sponsored Group Profile Form, save it and e-mail it to Lynette Earnest for a discounted rental rate.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation including any applicable fees. No phone reservations will be accepted.

Note: To cancel a reservation please fill out the Room Cancellation Form, save it, and e-mail it to Lynette Earnest Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the event.
