Has your address or phone number changed? Have your children grown up and moved out? Print out our registration form and check the UPDATE box in the top right corner of the form.

We have many families in our parish. Help us recognize you by sending in a photo (head shot) of you or your whole family. Your picture will be attached to your record for the priests and staff. Questions contact Patricia Parrish 865.5736.
