We are happy to welcome your family to our parish Faith Formation and Sacrament Preparation programs! We offer families three options to participate in Faith Formation.
All Sacramental Preparation is coordinated and implemented at the parish.
Children and youth seeking to prepare for and celebrate a sacrament are required to sign up though Faith Formation & Sacrament Preparation registration.

TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM
(for parish children/youth enrolled in public school)
- Formation for Children and Youth
- Designated days and times on campus
- Children receive formation in a classroom setting
- Quarterly family gatherings
- Nationally recognized content provided

FAMILY GROUP
(for parish children/youth whose families desire a small group model)
- Two to three families gathering together off campus
- Flexibility in meeting time and place
- Self-guided and self-managed
- Nationally recognized content provided

CATHOLIC SCHOOL
(for parish children/youth enrolled at SRCS, STMA, or CGHS)
- Faith formation is understood to occur during the Catholic school day
- Nationally recognized content provided

REgister for Faith Formation
Registration for Faith Formation and Sacrament Preparation is through Realm, our online ministry tool. To register for Faith Formation and Sacrament Preparation, you must have an active Realm profile and have your log-in and password available.
If you have forgotten your log-in or are new to the parish, you will find instructions on the Faith Formation registration page at the link below.
Registration for Faith Formation is closed for 2024-2025. Registration for 2025-2026 will open in the summer.
