St. Raphael’s Homebound Ministry is committed to connecting with our parishioners who are at home. Being stuck at home can leave you feeling isolated and anxious, and having a connection to others in our parish can help. Our ministry serves our homebound parishioners in two ways:
Periodically writing notes, creating "art projects," and putting together "goodie bags" for homebound parishioners, .
Bringing Jesus in the most Holy Eucharist to homebound parishioners and parishioners in nursing homes.
If you're willing and able to to help in supporting our homebound parishioners that are in need in one or both of these ways, please fill out the form below to share your interest in the Homebound Ministry. Thank you for offering aid to some of the most vulnerable in our community.
If you are homebound and would like to receive the most Holy Eucharist at home, please contact Monica Lavia.
