CORE TEAM Member Substitutes are on call to substitute for permanent CORE Team Members on an as-needed basis. When assigned to serve, they work with another CORE Team Member to connect with the youth, both socially and spiritually, and assist with the implementation of presentations, discussions, group activities, games, prayer experiences, and reflections. Substitutes do not have to plan or develop any content.

The Environment Team Lead volunteer is part of the Environment Preparation Team, and plays a vital role in the Sunday Youth Ministry gatherings. The Team Leader directs a number of parent volunteers who are scheduled to assist with decorating and environmental setup of the meeting space. Click here to learn more about this position.
The role of the MC is to serve as host and facilitator of the planned event or program. The MC plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth flow, coordination and transition of the event. The Gathering Team Lead volunteer leads and directs a volunteer team consisting of parents and other adults who are signed up to serve on a given Sunday gathering. There are eight (8) Gathering Team Leaders who work in tandem on a rotating basis to assist in the administrative and fellowship aspects of regular scheduled gatherings.
